Q. What size line do you recommend?
A. We recommend 30lb Monofilament. This selection in line will have less stretch and it'll keep the bait in control while waking. 12-15lb Monofilament is also a great choice.
Q. What is a good rod size for chuckin' the Shellcracker?
A. We use a 7'4" Medium Heavy rod designed for spinner baits.
Q. What retrieval speed should the Shellcracker be fished?
A. The Shellcracker can be waked slowly over the surface or cranked down through the weeds. It also performs well bumping it off of cover.
Q. Does the Shellcracker dive while retrieving it?
A. Yes, depending on the crankin' speed the Shell Cracker will dive down 3 - 4 foot range.
Q. What size hooks are on the Shellcracker?
A. The Shellcracker comes equipped with a pair of size 1 treble hooks.
Fake fish:
Q. What size hooks do you recommend to pair up with the Fake Fish?A. We recommend a 6/0 or 7/0 size weighted hook.
Q. What weight of hooks are best for the Fake Fish?
A. Depending on the water depth you're targeting will affect the weight size. A light weight would be used for shallow water fishing as a heavier weight would allow for deeper fishing.
Q. Can you rig the Fake Fish sideways for punchin'?
A. Yes, side riggin' the Fake fish for punchin' is a great technique. Stay tuned for a new video demonstrating various rigging techniques for this bait.
Q. What size line is a good choice to be used with the Fake Fish?
A. Line sizes depended on the cover your targeting although 10lb test or stronger Fluorocarbon is a good choice. Braided line can also be used for fishing heavy cover.
Q. What brand of hooks do you recommend to be used with the Fake Fish?
A. We've used Gamakatsu and Owner weighted hooks which have performed well for us although it's a personal preference again.
Lunker Punker G2
Q. What line size do you recommend?A. We recommend 65lb braid to be used with the Lunker Punker. The reasoning behind this is to eliminate all the stretch which helps the bait glide from side to side easier.
Q. What is a good rod size for the Lunker Punker?
A. The best rod size can be from a 7'4" to 7'11" The rod should be comfortable and easy to use. The rod is a major factor in working this bait.
Q. What size hooks are on the Lunker Punker G2?

Q. What are the weights of the Lunker Punker collection?
A. The Lunker Punker G2 8" weighs 3oz, 6" weighs 2oz. and the 5" weighs 1oz.
Q. How do you work this bait?
A. The Lunker Punker was designed to be used as a gliding "walk-the-dog" style bait. Although it can also be productive used as a dead stick bait or twitched and paused on the surface.
Q. Is the Lunker Punker G2 rattling or non-rattling?
A. The Lunker Punker G2 is available only in rattling form.
Q. How do I replace the tail feathers?
A. Generally the components can be purchased at a fly shop or lure building store. The tail feathers should be replaced by using a Mylar plastic or thread to tie them on.

A. The Lunker Punker wooden line-up consist of a 5", 6" and 9" bait.
Q. What are the weights of the Lunker Punker Wooden line-up?
A. The weights of the Lunker Punker Wooden series are as follows: 9" - 3.5oz, 6" - 2.5oz, 5" - 1.5oz.
Q. What rod do you recommend for these wooden baits?
A. We recommend any heavy fast action rod to fish the Lunker Punker series. Although stay tuned for a lure specific rod coming soon dubbed the "Punker Stick."
Q. What size line do you recommend for the Lunker Punker?
A. We recommend 30lb braid for the 5" and 65lb braid for the 6" and 8".

A. The wooden Lunker Punker can be dead sticked, walked, or twitched. In fact it's a fantastic all around top-water bait.

Q. What size hook do you recommend?
A. The best size hook is a 6/0 or 7/0 EWG hook
Q. What size weight is inside the head?
A. The Weedslinger comes equipped with a 3/4oz built-in the head of the bait.
Q. What size line do you recommend to use with the Weedslinger?
A. We recommend pairing up the Weedslinger with 12lb.- 15lb. Monofilament or 30lb braid.
